I'm not rich but the profit on the current house should get us a renovation project and get us established before having to get a job of some description.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Anybody out there got any / know of any good web sites to look for the house for the future?&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Are there any things to watch out for when house hunting that are over and above what you would look for in the UK?  Why are some of the houses so damned cheap.  Over here even those would sell for a fotune to some greedy DIYer looking for a fast buck.
